3. Products & Pricing

All products listed on our website are stocked inventory items. Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice, though orders already placed will be honoured at the confirmed price.

3b. Product Care

Certain Santal products are made from high-performance technical fabrics that require specific care. Damage resulting from improper washing, handling, or storage — including but not limited to pilling, snagging, or fabric degradation — is not covered under any return or refund policy and does not constitute a manufacturing defect. Returns will only be accepted for structural manufacturing defects (e.g., failed bonded seams).

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We accept payment via credit/debit cards and other methods available through our payment processor (Stripe). Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within the European Union only. Estimated delivery time for Spain is 3 business days. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to return items in perfect condition, unworn beyond reasonable inspection, and not after extreme use. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
