Shipping Regions

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union. We are working to expand our shipping regions in the future.

Estimated Delivery Times

Germany, Italy, Portugal and France	5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Orders over €100 within Spain qualify for free shipping.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 CET on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at crew@santalrun.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
