Refund & Returns Policy

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in perfect condition — unworn beyond reasonable try-on, with all original tags attached. Returns will not be accepted for products showing signs of extreme use, washing, or damage.

Items showing signs of pilling, snagging, or surface wear resulting from improper care, machine washing, or contact with abrasive surfaces (zippers, velcro, rough materials) are not eligible for return or refund, as this damage is not considered a manufacturing defect. Please read the care instructions included with your order before use.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email crew@santalrun.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and a shipping address within 24 hours.
  3. Ship the item(s) back using a tracked service.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at crew@santalrun.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.

Please note that pilling or surface wear caused by contact with abrasive materials, machine washing, or improper care does not constitute a manufacturing defect and will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
